I. About the SUAT Faulty of Synthetic Biology
合成生物学院是深理工创校六大学院之一，与中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院合成生物学研究所/深圳合成生物学创新研究院共建，共享资源、融合发展。合成生物学院已具有强大的交叉学科教授团队、一流科研教学平台，世界领先的合成生物学重大设施，并深入参加国家生物制造产业创新中心和中科院合成生物学重点实验室建设，矢志成为国家生物科学和交叉科学后备人才培养中心、合成生物学创新源头和成果溢出中心、生命科学文化传承、科普、国际合作基地。
The Faculty of Synthetic Biology (FSB) is one of the six founding faculties of SUAT co-established with the Institute of Synthetic Biology (iSynBio),Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. FSB and iSynBio share their resources and coordinate their research programs. FSB possesses an outstanding cohort of internationally renowned faculty members and housesthe world’s largest Research Facility for Synteitic Biology (Biofoundry),among other first-class research and teaching facilities, and deeply involves in building of the National Biomanufacturing Industry Innovation Center and the Key Laboratory of Synthetic Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. FSB aims to become a national center for the training of young talents in biological sciences and related interdisciplinary fields, a key center for research and innovation in synthetic biology in China, and a base for popular science and international cooperation.
为保证高质量教学，实现三轨（学术轨、工程轨和创业轨）培养目标，合成生物学院现公开招聘负责教学工作的学院副院长1名，真诚欢迎海内外学者应聘。
To foster high-quality teaching and achieve the three-track (academic, engineering, and entrepreneurial) training objectives, FSB now recruits an Associate Dean to oversee teaching coordination.Qualified national and international scholars are encouraged to apply.

主要职责（具体以签署协议为准）
III. Main Responsibilities (detailed duties will be determined upon signing the agreement)
在学院院长的领导下，主持以下工作：
Responsible for the following tasks under the leadership of the FSB Dean:
1.具有正确的教育观念和国际化视野，高度认同深圳理工大学办学理念；
1.Embracea coherent educational conceptand an international perspective, and align with the educational philosophy of Shenzhen University of Technology;
2.协助院长进行学院的运营和管理，负责学位点设计与运作，教学方案制订、课程体系规划，制定、实施招生计划，完成招生目标，负责教学质量监督；
2. Assist the Dean in the management of the Faculty, be responsible fordegree programs,curriculum system and teaching plans,studen tenrollment plans, and ensuring the quality of teaching;
3.学校和院长交办的其他相关工作。
3. Other related tasks assignedby the university and the Dean.

IV. Eligibility Requirements
1.博士学历，具备长聘教授或符合长聘教授资格，英文流利；
1. A doctoral degree, qualified for a tenured professorship, and fluent in English.
2.身体健康，年龄一般不超过55周岁，国籍不限；
2. In good health, generally not exceeding 55 years of age, with no nationality restrictions;
3.熟悉教育事业和国内外高校教学体系，熟悉高校的各项管理工作，有5年以上同职或以上岗位经历者优先。
3. Familiar with the educational and teaching programs of domestic and international universities, knowledgeable of the various administrative sectors in uuniversity education, with preference given to those with more than 5 years of experience in a similar or more prominent position.
4.具有丰富的教学经验和卓越的教研能力，具备科学的管理理念。
4. Extensive teaching experience and outstanding research and teaching capabilities, equipped with advancedmanagement vision.
5.具有优秀的组织管理能力、协调能力,执行力强。
5. Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with strong execution ability.

（4）Strategic plan and expected goals as the Associate Dean;
