I. Faulty Introduction
生命健康学院秉持“探索生命奥秘，寻求科学真谛”的愿景，从人类健康的发展战略需求出发，融汇国际创新资源，发展生命与健康前沿交叉学科，探索生命与智能的本质，致力于成为创新思想的重要发源地、科技创新的关键引擎、人才汇聚和培养的高地、科研成果转化的中心，促进新医科发展，服务人类健康。
Upholding the vision of "Exploring the endless mysteries of life through rigorous science",the Faculty of Life and Health Sciences is dedicated to advancing our understanding of human health. We are committed to developing frontier interdisciplinary fields through integrating international and domestic expertise at the intersections of life and health. While elucidating the essence of life and intelligence, we aspire to emerge as a leading innovator of scientific and technological advances; a distinguished platform for nurturing talent; and a dynamic hub for translational research into practical applications. To this end, we will foster novel medical disciplines and contribute to the betterment of human health.
教研团队由加拿大皇家科学院院士、德国科学院院士领衔，10余位世界一流的资深教授任学术带头人，团队聚集了包括国家杰青、长江、国家重点引进人才工程专家及“四青”人才等骨干20余人。青年教师骨干来自斯坦福大学、剑桥大学、哈佛大学、加州大学伯克利分校、杜克大学等著名学府，背景横跨生物、物理、化学、医学、信息学等。
The faculty team is led by academicians of the Academy of Science of Royal Society of Canada and the German Academy of Sciences, with more than a dozen world-class senior professors as academic leaders. The team has gathered more than 20 core members, including national distinguished young scholars, Changjiang Scholars, national key introduced talent project experts, and "Four Young" talents. Theyoungprofessors come from renowned universities such as Stanford University,University of Cambridge, Harvard University,University of California, Berkeley, Duke University, etc., with backgrounds spanning biology, physics, chemistry, medicine, informatics, and more.
生命健康学院充分发挥“研学产一体”的优势，加强顶层设计和多方协同，以国家生物医药领域的重大需求和学科前沿为导向，围绕解决生命健康领域的前沿基础科学问题、突破关键核心技术、培养拔尖创新人才，推动学科专业与新兴产业协调发展，推动科技成果转化体制机制创新，进一步激发科研人员成果转化的积极性；加强院企地深度合作，推动创新要素向企业转移转化；积极联动企业参与课程开发等方面，有效对接战略性新兴产业需求，基础研究和应用研究相辅相成、学术研究和成果转化相互促进，推动教育链和产业链、创新链、人才链深度融合。
The Faculty of Life and Health Sciences strengthens top-level design and multi-party collaboration bygiving full play to the advantages of "integration of research, education, and industry". Guided by major national needs and disciplinary frontiers in the field of biomedicine, the Faculty focuses on solving cutting-edge basic scientific problems in the life and health field, breaking through key core technologies, and cultivating top innovative talents. It promotes the coordinated development of discipline specialties and emerging industries, promotes the innovation of the system and mechanism for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and further stimulates the enthusiasm of scientific research personnel for the transformation of achievements; it strengthens in-depth cooperation between the Faculty,enterprises and local place,andpromotes the transfer and transformation of innovation elements to enterprises; it actively involves enterprises in curriculum development, and effectively meets the needs of strategic emerging industries. Basic research and applied research complement each other, and academic research and the transformation of achievements mutually promote each other, driving the deep integration of the education chain with the industry chain, innovation chain, and talent chain.

III. Job Responsibilities (specific duties will be determined upon assumption of the position)
在生命健康学院院长的领导下：
Under the leadership of the Dean of the Faculty of Life and Health Sciences:
1.负责学院的教学工作，制定学院相关学科的本科及研究生教育发展战略规划并组织实施等
1. Responsible for the teaching work of the Faculty,enactingthe educational development strategy for undergraduate and graduate students in related disciplines of the Facultyand organizing the implementation thereof, etc.
2.负责学院的科研工作，包括科研任务争取与管理、科研道德与安全管理等
2. Responsible for the scientific research work of the Faculty, including the pursuit and management of scientific research tasks, scientific research ethics, and safety management, etc.
3.负责学院高水平师资队伍建设，大力引进和培育高层次人才等
3. Responsible for the construction of a high-level faculty team, vigorously introducing and cultivating high-level talents, etc.
4.负责产学研工作，推动与本学科相关产业的合作，为国家和地方生命健康领域建设服务等
4. Responsible for industry-academia-research work, promoting cooperation with industries related to this discipline, and serving the construction of the life and health field at the national and local levels, etc.
5.校领导、学院院长交办其他相关工作

1.认同深理工办学、建设理念
1. Identify with the educational and construction philosophy of Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology.
2.曾在海内外知名高校担任过分管教学的校、院级领导、教务长或系主任等相关管理岗位者
2.Have held management positions such as vice-president, dean, academic dean, or department head in well-known universities at home and abroad.
3.已取得或能够取得长聘教授资格者优先
3.Those who have obtained or are eligible for tenure-track professorship are preferred.
4.能够使用英文作为工作语言
4. Able to use English as a working language.
5.全职到岗工作
