Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology (SUAT) is a newly established research-oriented university founded on the strong scientific and educational resources of the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology (SIAT), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). 二、生命健康学院简介
II. Introduction to the School of Life and Health Sciences
深圳理工大学生命健康学院是依托深圳市“双区”优势，聚焦国家重大科技战略与民生需求（如老龄化、精神疾病等）的高水平交叉学科教研平台。学院下设生物系、神经生物系、精神健康与公共卫生系、智能交叉科学中心四大院系，重点发展神经生物与精神健康、干细胞与再生医学、生物智能交叉等六大科研方向，旨在构建“基础研究-应用转化”贯通创新体系。
The Faculty of Life and Health Sciences （FLHS） at SUAT leverages Shenzhen’s advantages as a pilot demonstration area and a core engine of the Greater Bay Area. It serves as a high-level interdisciplinary platform for teaching and research, focusing on major national scientific strategies and societal needs such as aging and mental health. The School comprises four departments—Biology, Neuroscience, Mental Health and Public Health, and Interdisciplinary Center for Bio-Intelligence—and focuses on six key research areas, including neurobiology and mental health, stem cell and regenerative medicine, and bio-intelligence. Its mission is to establish an integrated innovation system bridging fundamental research and applied translation.
学院汇聚了学术水平与产业转化能力卓越的24位中、德、美教授专家，深入开展学科建设和教研合作，现有国家级人才28人次（包括院士2 人，国家重大人才工程专家 5 人等），获得国家级教学成果奖3人次，省部级教学成果奖1人次。依托深圳市脑解析与脑模拟重大科技基础设施（设备总值8.8亿元）、光明脑科学技术产业创新中心及多个省部级重点实验室，学院在神经退行性疾病、类脑智能等领域成果显著，近三年发表Nature、Cell等高水平论文290篇，获批国家级及省市级项目超50项（经费逾亿元），孵化多个拥有自主知识产权的生物医药企业并推动多款新药进入临床试验。
FLHS brings together 24 distinguished faculty members from China, Germany, and the United States, with outstanding academic and translational expertise, actively advancing disciplinary development and teaching-research collaboration. Supported by facilities such as the Shenzhen Brain Science Infrastructure (with a total equipment value of 880 million RMB), the Shenzhen Guangming Industrial Innovation Center for Brain Science and Technology, and multiple provincial and ministerial key laboratories, FLHS has achieved significant research outcomes in areas such as neurodegenerative diseases and brain-inspired intelligence. In the past three years, FLHS has published has published 290 high-impact papers including Nature and Cell, secured research grants totaling over 100 million RMB, incubated several biopharmaceutical enterprises, and advanced multiple novel drugs into clinical trials.

岗位职责：
Job Responsibilities:
1. 协助学科建设与专业发展
1. Assisting in Disciplinary Development and Program Innovation
Ø 协助院长推进学科建设，作为核心成员参与国内首个“神经科学”本科专业建设，协同制定课程体系与教学质量标准；
Assist the Dean in advancing disciplinary development and take a leading role in launching the undergraduate program in Neuroscience, jointly shaping curriculum systems and teaching quality standards.
Ø 协助院长分步骤落实“双一流”学科建设任务，完善本科与研究生专业的衔接体系，确保教学工作与学科评估指标协同推进。
Assist the Dean in executing the “Double First-Class” disciplinary construction tasks in stages, enhancing the coherence between undergraduate and graduate programs while coordinating teaching efforts with disciplinary evaluation metrics.

2. Teaching Reform and Achievement Cultivation
Ø 系统谋划教学成果奖的培育与申报工作，推动高水平教学成果的产出与凝练；
Systematically plan the cultivation and application process for teaching achievement awards, promoting the production and refinement of high-level teaching outcomes.
Ø 组织开发精品课程与系列教材，推动优质教材入选国家级规划教材及评优。
Organize the development of high-quality courses and a series of signature textbooks, facilitating their inclusion in national planning textbook lists and recognition in excellence awards.
3. 教学管理与师资发展
Ø 统筹人才培养方案设计，优化实践教学与实习基地建设；
Oversee the design of talent cultivation programs and optimize practical teaching and internship base development.
Ø 完善教学管理制度，整合校内外教学与科研资源；
Improve teaching management systems and integrate on-campus and off-campus teaching and research resources.
Ø 参与教师招聘与培养，引进国家级教学名师及高水平教学人才，组织教学研讨与交流，提升师资队伍整体教学能力。
Participate in faculty recruitment and development, attract national-level teaching masters and outstanding teaching talents, organize teaching club and enhance the overall teaching capacity of the faculty.

1. 具有良好的师德师风，在生物学、药学、医学等相关教学领域取得突出业绩；
Demonstrates strong professional ethics and teaching integrity, with outstanding achievements in teaching in fields such as biology, pharmacy, or medicine.
2. 具备出色的团队合作精神和组织管理能力，能够有效协助院长统筹推进教学改革与学科建设工作；
Possesses excellent teamwork and management skills, and is capable of effectively assisting the Dean in coordinating teaching reform and disciplinary development.
3. 拥有广阔的国际化视野，深刻理解国家及粤港澳大湾区在生命健康领域的战略需求；
Has a broad international perspective and a deep understanding of the strategic needs of the nation and the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area in the field of life and health sciences.
4. 具备强烈的开拓意识和执行力，能够直面挑战，坚定不移地推动学院教学战略目标的实现。
Demonstrates a strong pioneering spirit and execution ability, able to face challenges and steadfastly advance the School’s strategic teaching goals.
优先条件：
Preferred Qualifications:
Ø 具有国家级教学名师称号者优先；
Candidates with the title of National Teaching Master are preferred.
Ø 曾作为主要完成人获得国家级教学成果奖者优先；
Candidates who have received a National Teaching Achievement Award as a principal contributor are preferred.
Ø 主持过国家级一流课程或国家级规划教材建设者优先。
Candidates who have led the development of a National First-Class Course or a National Planning Textbook are preferred.
