Introduction of Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology
深圳理工大学（以下简称“深理工”）是深圳新成立的一所大学，深圳是一座充满魅力、动力、活力和创新力的城市。学校在中国科学院和广东省的支持下，以中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院（以下简称“先进院”）优质丰厚的科教产教资源为基础，“高起点、高水平、高标准、高质量”建设一流新型研究型大学。
Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology(hereinafter referred to as "SUAT")is a newly established University at Shenzhen, the power city of industrial innovation and entrepreneurship. Upon an agreement between the Chinese Academy Sciences and the Shenzhen Government (hereinafter referred to as "SIAT"), SUAT was initiated and established by the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. SUAT is a new research-oriented university built with “high starting point, high level, high standards, and high quality.”

二、申请条件
Qualifications
学历学位：硕士及以上学历，土木工程、建筑工程、工程造价等相关专业
工作经验年限：具有3年以上实验室基建经验
条件：
1、硕士及以上学历，土木工程、建筑工程、工程造价等相关专业；
2、具有3年以上实验室基建经验，熟悉实验室建设流程与规范；
3、具有造价师资格证或者1年以上造价工作经验；
4、掌握工程质量管理、进度管理、安全管理等方面的专业知识和技能；
5、工作认真负责，具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够与多部门协同合作。况。
三、岗位职责
Duties and Responsibilities
1、负责高校实验室基建项目日常管理工作，制定并执行实验室基建相关制度；
2、组织对接建设需求部门，协助制定建设方案；统筹实验室基建项目的设计方案评审、工程验收等环节。
3、组织实验室基建工程的招投标工作，编制和审核工程量清单与招标控制价；
4、监督实验室基建工程的施工质量、安全与进度，协调解决施工过程中的各类问题；
5、负责实验室基建项目相关资料的收集、整理与归档，建立完善的项目管理档案；
6、完成领导交办的其他任务。
