Introduction of Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology
深圳理工大学(以下简称“深理工”)是深圳新成立的一所大学,深圳是一座充满魅力、动力、活力和创新力的城市。学校在中国科学院和广东省的支持下,以中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院(以下简称“先进院”)优质丰厚的科教产教资源为基础,“高起点、高水平、高标准、高质量”建设一流新型研究型大学。
Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology(hereinafter referred to as "SUAT")is a newly established University at Shenzhen, the power city of industrial innovation and entrepreneurship. Upon an agreement between the Chinese Academy Sciences and the Shenzhen Government(hereinafter referred to as "SIAT"), SUAT was initiated and established by the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. SUAT is a new research-oriented university built with “high starting point, high level, high standards, and high quality.”

It was also agreed that both SUAT and SIAT will continuously maintain and enhance their close collaboration, leveraging tremendous R/D resources on both sides (scholarly talents, research facilities, industrial relationship networks, etc.), and consequently benefitting the development and growth of both institutions.

课题组/导师简介
徐薇,现任深圳理工大学科研副教授,深圳市市场监督管理局药品与医疗器械评审专家。研究方向为神经精神疾病的分子机制及干预策略研究,关注外源性化合物致阿兹海默病及药物成瘾的分子机制。运用代谢组学、单细胞测序、双光子钙成像、Cre-Loxp系统等前沿技术手段研究药物成瘾的精细神经生物学机制、神经退行性疾病阿兹海默症的发病机制并开发新型治疗策略。主持或参与多个国家级、广东省及深圳市的项目;以第一作者/通讯作者在Nature Communications、Journal of Neuroscience、Neuroscience Bulletin上发表多篇文章。

Wei Xu, an Associate Professor of Research at ShenzhenUniversityofAdvancedTechnology, serves as a drug and medical device review expert for the Shenzhen Market Supervision and Regulation Bureau. Her research focuses on the molecular mechanisms and intervention strategies for neuropsychiatric disorders, with particular attention to the molecular mechanisms of Alzheimer's disease caused by exogenous compounds and drug addiction. She employs cutting-edge technologies such as metabolomics, single-cell sequencing, two-photon calcium imaging, and the Cre-Loxp system to investigate the intricate neurobiological mechanisms of drug addiction and the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's, aiming to develop novel therapeutic strategies. Dr. Xu hasbeen granted byin several national, provincial, and municipal research projects and has published multiple papers as the first author or corresponding author in prestigious journals, includingNature Communications,Journal of Neuroscience, andNeuroscience Bulletin.

Application Requirements
1、具有神经生物学、分子生物学、药理毒理学相关背景,在国内外已获得或即将获得相关专业博士学位
2、对科研有浓厚兴趣,具备良好的英文文献阅读和写作能力
3、熟练掌握基本的分子生物学技术或神经生物学相关技术
4、有电生理记录及分析经验者优先

1.A Ph.D. in neurobiology, molecular biology, pharmacology, or toxicology (obtained or soon to be obtained from a domestic or international institution).
2.Strong interest in scientific research with excellent skills in reading and writing scientific literature in English.
3.Proficiency in fundamental molecular biology techniques or relevant neurobiology methodologies.
4.Preference will be given to candidates with experience in electrophysiological recording and analysis.
岗位职责
Job Responsibilities
1、在课题负责人的指导下独立开展并完成课题
2、申请博士后相关基金,协助指导实验室科研工作。
1.Conduct and complete research projects independently under the guidance of the principal investigator.
2.Apply for postdoctoral research grants and assist in supervising laboratory research activities.

(一)薪酬待遇
博士后聘期两年,提供综合薪酬42万元+/年(含深圳市在站生活补助18万/年)。福利待遇参照学校同等教职工标准执行,享受五险一金,绩效奖励等。
(二)支撑待遇
1、课题组提供优良的工作环境和充足的科研条件支持,全力支持博士后本人作为负责人申请中国博士后科学基金、国家自然科学基金以及广东省、深圳市等各级科研项目。
2、符合申请条件且与我校签订3年及以上合同的,可申请深圳市出站生活补助,每人36万元/3年和光明区出站生活补助30万元/3年。
3、对于优秀的博士后,出站后可直接申请科研助理教授或其他教师岗位。
