Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology (SUAT) is a public university founded by the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, officially approved by the Ministry of Education in May 2024. II. About the Institute of Advanced Medical Devices
医疗器械产业技术研究院(以下简称“研究院”)由深圳理工大学与国家高性能医疗器械创新中心战略共建,是贯彻国家重大战略部署、落实深圳“20+8”产业集群发展规划的产学研平台。作为深圳理工大学生物医学工程学科的核心科研载体,研究院聚焦全球医疗器械科技前沿与产业升级需求,构建了“基础研究-技术攻关-成果转化”的全链条创新体系,重点布局医学影像、体外诊断、医用材料与植介入器械、先进治疗、医学神经工程五大战略领域,通过深化科教融合与产教协同,研究院打造集拔尖人才培养、学科高地建设、关键技术突破、高端产业孵化于一体的国家级创新平台,持续为健康中国战略提供人才支撑、科技支撑与产业支撑。
The Institute of Advanced Medical Devices (hereinafter referred to as "the Institute") is strategically co-established by Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology and the National Innovation Center for Advanced Medical Devices. It serves as an industry-university-research platform that implements major national strategic deployments and supports Shenzhen's "20+8" industrial cluster development plan.
As the core research carrier for the biomedical engineering discipline at Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology, the Institute focuses on global frontiers in medical device technology and industrial upgrading needs. It has built a full-chain innovation system encompassing "basic research – technological breakthroughs – commercialization of achievements." The Institute strategically prioritizes five major fields: medical imaging, in vitro diagnostics, medical materials and implant intervention, advanced treatment, and medical neuroengineering.
By deepening the integration of science and education as well as industry-education collaboration, the Institute aims to become a national-level innovation platform that brings together top-tier talent cultivation, high-level discipline development, key technological breakthroughs, and high-end industrial incubation. It continuously provides talent, technological, and industrial support for the implementation of the "Healthy China" strategy.
主要研究方向:
Key Research Areas:
1. 医学影像:包括X光成像、CT成像、核磁成像、超声成像、光学成像及人工智能算法等方面。结合临床和产业需求积极开展新型高性能医学影像设备的研发,包括高场磁共振设备、智能CT设备,低剂量X射线探测、超声换能器研发、多模态内窥镜系统、三维OCT设备、三维光学显微设备等;
1.Medical Imaging: Covering X-ray imaging, CT imaging, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound imaging, optical imaging, and artificial intelligence algorithms. Actively pursuing the R&D of new high-performance medical imaging devices in response to clinical and industrial needs, including high-field MRI systems, intelligent CT systems, low-dose X-ray detection, ultrasonic transducer development, multimodal endoscopy systems, 3D OCT devices, and 3D optical microscopy equipment, among others.
2.体外诊断:包括先进诊断仪器及部件、微流控技术、新型传感技术、超敏检测技术等核心方向;
2.In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD): Encompassing core directions such as advanced diagnostic instruments and components, microfluidic technology, novel sensing technologies, and ultrasensitive detection techniques.

5. 神经医学工程:心肺脑血管及相关疾病的治疗康复、神经及运动康复机器人、可穿戴传感、脑机接口与神经调控、有源介入等先进功能康复系统与医疗电子信息平台。
5.Involving the treatment and rehabilitation of cardiopulmonary, cerebrovascular, and related diseases; neural and motor rehabilitation robots; wearable sensors; braincomputer interfaces and neuromodulation; active interventional devices; and advanced functional rehabilitation systems along with medical electronic information platforms.

Research Professor
应已在相关的学术领域拥有持续性、高水平的学术产出和广泛的学术影响力或者有相关产业界领域取得有影响力突出成果,具有成为学科领域领军人物的潜力,有一定的国际知名度;一般应为在海内外知名大学或科研机构工作的独立PI。
Candidates should have sustained, high-level academic output and broad academic influence in the relevant field, demonstrate the potential to become a leading figure in the discipline, and possess a degree of international recognition. Typically, candidates should be independent PIs working at renowned universities or research institutions in China or abroad.
特聘副教授
Associate Professor
应已获得较为优秀的学术成果,显示出了较强的学术影响力和产业发展能力,其成果已经被国内外学术界认可;一般应为40岁以内,有独立发展的能力和持续发展的潜力的青年人才。
Candidates should have achieved outstanding academic results, demonstrated strong academic influence and development capacity, with their work recognized by the academic community both domestically and internationally. Typically, candidates should be young talents under 40 years of age with the ability for independent development and the potential for sustained growth.

Qualifications
(1)已取得本领域相关专业博士学位,具有博士后经历优先;
(1)A doctoral degree in a relevant field; postdoctoral experience is preferred;
(2)学科专业方向:拥有生物医学工程、光学工程、分析化学、微电子、精密仪器、材料科学、医工交叉、脑机接口、生物医学信息处理、超声诊疗、生物传感、细胞/分子生物学、医疗电子研究等医疗器械相关专业技术背景;在高端医学影像设备、生物医学材料、植介入器械、手术机器人、可穿戴智能装备、脑机接口、高端体外诊断技术等领域有创新产品、创新技术的人才。
(2)Professionals with expertise in Medical Devices-related fields, including but not limited to biomedical engineering, optical engineering, analytical chemistry, microelectronics, precision instrumentation, materials science, medical-engineering integration, brain-computer interfaces, biomedical information processing, ultrasound diagnostics and therapy, biosensing, cell/molecular biology, and medical electronics research; and who have developed innovative products or technologies in areas such as advanced medical imaging equipment, biomedical materials, implantable and interventional devices, surgical robotics, wearable smart systems, brain-computer interfaces, and high-end in vitro diagnostic technologies.
(3)在本领域内发表过有影响力的论文或者,具有国家级或省部级重大科研项目申请、主持工作经验者;
(3)Published influential papers in the field, with experience in applying for or leading national or provincial/ministerial major scientific research projects.
(4)具有一定的授课经验,能独立从事学术研究的能力及浓厚的学术兴趣、刻苦的钻研精神和开创性的学术思维;
(4)Some teaching experience, with the ability to independently conduct academic research, strong academic interest, diligent research spirit, and pioneering academic thinking;
(5)承担课程教学,参与研究院的教学课程、产教融合平台建设;
